April 12, 2017

Welcome to Sellers Points, where long-time friends and comic nerds Russell and Kelley use every episode to tell you about the best in comics and comics adaptations along with their own brand of “award-winning” analysis.

This time around the guys give another Top to Bottom list, picking their favorite and…least favorite Marvel Cinematic Universe films. Sellers Points: The Missed and the Maligned-Wolverine and the X-Men

March 23, 2017

Welcome to Sellers Points, where long-time friends and comic nerds Russell and Kelley use every episode to tell you about the best in comics and comics adaptations along with their own brand of “award-winning” analysis.

Wolverine month concludes with a look back at the largely-missed 2009 animated series, Wolverine and The X-Men. The guys talk about what made the show work, why they think it didn’t get a second season and only get on one brief Walking Dead rant. Nope, no dumpster diving here, this one is all about the awesomeness of Wolverine and his surprising leadership abilities in what could have been a classic animated show. And as a bonus, there’s even a brief review of the new film, Logan. *Spoiler Alert* they may have been fond of it.

Sellers Points: Guide to Wolverine

March 2, 2017

Welcome to Sellers Points, where long-time friends and comic nerds Russell and Kelley use every episode to tell you about the best in comics and comics adaptations along with their own brand of “award-winning” analysis.

The guys are joined by Ben Morse, Editorial Director of Digital Media for Marvel Entertainment, to bring you the ultimate Guide to Wolverine! Just in time for Logan to hit theaters, the guys look back at the stories which defined “Ol’ Canucklehead” in comics, TV, film and even video games. They debate the many voices of Logan as well as his fashion sense…because it’s the brown and tan costume, folks. It’s the only way to go. All that and plenty of adamantium-ripping goodness awaits!

February 22, 2017

Welcome to Sellers Points, where long-time friends and comic nerds Russell and Kelley use every episode to tell you about the best in comics and comics adaptations along with their own brand of “award-winning” analysis.

Another first for the show, Speculators’ Corner takes a look at the announced 2020 Green Lantern Corps movie! Well…assuming the DCEU gets that far. They guys break down the rumors, speculate on directors and cast and give one crackpot, hair-brained explanation of how Chris Pine can be both Steve Trevor and Hal Jordan. They even work in a few tidbits of how the story should flow and the most important thing for any DCEU director to remember at this point: balance.
