Then, our look at NBC disasters from 1983 wraps up with the show wedged between the previous two entries on NBC's Friday night schedule, a supernatural sitcom starring Ann Jillian titled "Jennifer Slept Here." We are joined by our first special guest, Kris Lane.
Finally, the podcast officially goes to the dogs...and cats. We look at two pet-centric game shows from yesteryear, and Greg gives us his thoughts regarding the subject of last week's installment, "Jennifer Slept Here."

This week on Diamond Conversations my guest is "Man Of Steel" Mike Verna. Mike, is an up and coming independent pro wrestling talent that is also an Assistant Baseball Coach at Kingsborough Community College in Brooklyn, New York presently working as a bench and catching coach. In the episode we get to cover his history as a player as well as his transition into coaching but we also get to talk about the intense cheating scandal that has rocked Major League Baseball this week. Was this taking advantage of an un-written rule? Mike gives us a coaches perspective on that topic. It's a meeting of my two podcast worlds but it is a really fun Diamond Conversation.

The Sarcastic Four (Nick Duke, Tim Capel, Russell Sellers and Todd Weber) talk in depth about a Stan Lee's vision of Ragnarok in Thor #200, The Amazing Spider-Man's discovery of his Aunt May's terrible life choices in issues #113-115, more terrible Avengers stories-but this time featuring the Sentinels in issues #102-104, Warlock #1-3 with Counter-Earth shenanigans and the introduction of the Soul Gem, Ghost Rider's sublime first appearance in Marvel Spotlight #5, more excellent comics featuring Black Widow and the secret of Project Four in Daredevil #90-91, the first three issues of the Defenders in their own title, Captain America versus Captain America (from the '50s) in issues #153-156 and the woman who would become Tigra's debut in The Cat #1. Star Wars Month (observed) comes to an end as Glenn and Scott finish their examination of the franchise’s scores. First, they review the new score for The Rise of Skywalker, examining the use of new themes and old, as John Williams takes his final bow as a Star Wars composer for the third time. After the ad break, discussion turns to the franchise as a whole, as Glenn & Scott rank all 11 scores and cover topics like the best end title suite and the three best tracks from each score.
