In the latest trio of episode from It Was A Thing On TV, Mike, Chico and Greg look at a triad of TV obscurities.
First the gang looks at the 1983 Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade. If you were somebody on NBC back in 1983, odds are you were there.
Then what happens when monkey business is combined with show business? The Chimp Channel. TBS' first attempt at original comedy. Somebody get Greg a banana.
Finally, Pitfall had it's ups and downs and we're not talking about the elevators. Some people might have gotten their earnings while others including Alex Trebek got the shaft.

Our month-long celebration of the CW show Arrow continues! This week, Nick and Greg go Off the Page once more to watch and discuss the two episodes they consider the series' best: "The Climb" (season 3, episode 9) and "Kapiushon" (season 5, episode 17). Nick and Greg rewatch these episodes for the first time in years to determine if they stand the test of time and hold up as the best, which the boys voted them earlier this month. Along the way, they discuss standout performances from Stephen Amell, Josh Segarra, Matt Nable and Willa Holland, the twisting threads of seasons 3 and 5, the bold endings of the episodes and how both work in the greater context of the show. Mild-mannered reporters by day, Greg Phillips and Nick Duke share an intense love of comics, which has made them the Hard-Traveling Fanboys. In Off the Page, the boys examine a comic book media property outside the printed page.
